SEPTEMBER, 2023 Edmonton’s Citadel Theatre Complex upgrades two of several venue spaces with nine (9) CD-3000+SV Controls Systems, Power Relay Modules and new Presidor Hi-Performance LED Dimmers. Installation and integration was performed by JSI factory technicians in 2 days. “Both the Shoctor and Rice Theatre’s had their racks completely overhauled and should now enjoy reliable outstanding performance for many years to come”, states JSI Manufacturing President and Founder, Shaun Johnson.

After years of dealing with outdated and unreliable equipment we contacted JSI Manufacturing (through Sapphire Sound Inc.) for help and we were met with creative and enthusiastic solutions to our concerns. On install day it was obvious that JSI was devoted to getting the retrofit completed and with the ferocity of a chihuahua on a pork chop they did not let go until mission was completed. Everything in our dimmer room was left better that they found it. Our new CD-3000+ Control System has restored our confidence and provided stability to our busy venue.
